Good Morning! I have joined SP a little over a month ago, and was excited at first, but have not kept up with the site. I am trying again to stay connected and motivated to workout and eat healthy. I am 28 years old with not much weight to lose, but I need some toning. I have been a vegetarian for over 4 years and I believe that has been one of the best decisions in my life! I am on here to get healthier food ideas, motivation to workout daily, and to try and help others achieve their goals. :)
