Comparing these sources of iron you can see the veggies sources offer comparable numbers to the fish source numbers. Then if you add vitamin C to help absorption at the same meal ..... It can work quite well.
My name is Tiffeny and I have been a meatless since the summer of 2008. My original goal was Vegan but I found it difficult budget wise. Due to my recent health issues with iron, I have become a Pescetarianism but I still find it quite hard adding fish to my meals. My goal is to eat it at least twice a week.
