GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? By not eating added sugar, using Omega3s, base meals on veggies, water aerobics at least 3X week and using NuStep when I can't get to the pool.

First and foremost, my name is Krystal and I am 25 years old. I am starting this journey tipping the scales ove 200 lbs. I can remember a time when I never had to worry about what I ate, but that seems like forever ago. My "normal" weight used to be 150 lbs, standing at 5'5. However, after 3 kids, college, work, a fiance, and a home to take care of; I stopped worrying about me. I have tried to lose weight over and over again, and it works (as long as I am commited), but I can't stay commited long enough to lose all of the weight. I am hoping this site will help keep up my motivation, since I don't have any one else to motivate me. Here goes nothing! My name is Krystal and I am starting this weight loss journey at 212 lbs, with a goal of 150lbs; 62 lbs to lose!
