3 months ago I weighed 130 lbs and that is usually my normal - anywhere between 128 - 135. I have had problems retaining fluid, went to the doctor 2 months ago, had gained 10lbs in 2 weeks and my lower legs were huge. I went on Lasix and lost 6 lbs in 2 days, but it's been a weight gain ever since then. Today at the doctors I weighed in at 160lbs. when I haven't been eating any good food to justify it. We did a bunch of blood work, one was my Thyroid. Any suggestions anyone. I've gone from size 6 to size 12 in 2 mths. Donna

My name is Ruth from Kampala Uganda. I am married with two children and 38 years of age. My work involves sitting on my desk the whole day. I try to exercise though not consistent. I have been doing WW on my own and last year I managed to loose 10kgs over a period of 8 months through diet and 30 minutes of exercise. I drink lots of green tea and eat less of processed food as we have alot of organic food here. Iam 90Kgs and I would like to reduce that to 70kgs.
