Hey Dawn!!! Welcome to Spark! I'm a new vegan too! I'm enjoying this change, it's actually quite easy for me but I've been prepping, researching, etc for a long time. I have to say that the hardest part is PLANNING the food I will eat. I'm used to going willy nilly not really planning food too much beyond what would be for the families dinner time otherwise I would just "whatever" during the day. But with this new Lifestyle it's important to make sure you get a balanced diet.
So far this group has been super supportive and welcoming since I started posting just this week! :) Look forward to getting to know you all better!
