Hello! I am a mother of three. I have been weary of meat for most of my life (NOT my favorite food). I went mostly vegetarian (except in social settings) 18 years ago, totally vegetarian 6 years ago, and vegan 4 years ago...and I love it. I write a vegan blog titled Vital Vegan vitalveganforthepeople.blogspot.com/ to share the recipes I have come up with over the years. I have three young daughters, and I have finally decided to seriously get back into fitness (added to my healthy diet) now that I am done having kids, and whip my butt back into shape! Our family recently joined the YMCA and I am discovering the awesome calorie burning potential of step aerobics. I can get lazy about being intentional about my exercise and total calorie intake unless I keep track, so this is a very helpful website for me and I love that there is a vegetarian/vegan group here.
