Good luck to you Meena! I think having goals especially your weight goal in steps works really well. You have short windows to accomplish and you look at each goal individually and before you know it you have reached the bigger goal. I have the same goals set for myself but my finishing weight is about 135 for my size. I have done a 5k and hoping to move forward as well. Good luck in your journey...feel free to celebrate or vent anytime whichever the case.
