I'd recommend having a look at the nutrition info provided by the good doctors at PCRM about how to balance your diet and meet all your nutritional needs without animal protein. Clear and concise, also links to recipes: www.pcrm.org/health/diets/vsk/vegeta
thank you so much for that information
Here are a couple of sites and (I have more if you need more) All plant food have a little protein in them that is why you have eat a variety of fruits and veggies.

You might enjoy reading/watching Forks Over Knives. It's a documentary on Netflix and a companion book with recipes is out also. They explain why we should eat a primarily plant-based diet and provide a lot of scientific back-up. Plants have plenty of protein and it is entirely possible to get enough protein eating only fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains. Good luck!
Hello everyone, I have NOT eaten RED meat in 5 years. I only eat Chicken, fish and turkey and that is once in a blue moon and that is only for protein reasons Only and still feel sick to my stomach after i eat that. Can someone give me some ideas where to get protein so i can stop eating Chicken, Fish and Turkey all together?
