Also, since we are alike in some ways and unique in others, I think we each have to find the diet that works best for us. Try vegan, preferably raw vegan, for three to six weeks. I found that doing the raw vegan at work is easier than trying to find decent cooked vegan near my office, ad I work in San Francisco.
