I agree - I remember reading a vegetarian times article several years ago about a woman who became a vegetarian because she hated preparing meat. I'm the same way. The very thought of the blood and guts......... Here's another interesting "side": we're always hearing that its very important to avoid cross-contamination from using the same cutting board with meat then vegetables. My feeling is if I have to be so concerned about this - why not simply avoid meat, the source of the problem, and higher amounts of bacteria, (and possibly more deadly strains) by not eating meat at all!!!??!

I have been a vegetarian for 4 years, not counting the times I was bouncing back and forth, but decided to go back to vegetarian idk when because meat literally makes me sick to my stomach Well that is pretty much a little about myself. lol. Oh and I have natural dreadlocks :3
