Hi everyone! I've been vegetarian and vegan for nearly 12 years now. I write a vegan blog and even have a half-hour cooking show that airs in Pennsylvania (and youtube).
I used to run several years back, then a knee injury made it impossible for a long time, and I've been scared, or maybe just embarrassed, to start again. Over the years, I've lost about 65 lbs from my heaviest weight, but I could stand to be in better shape, especially if my job is promoting a vegan lifestyle -- I want to show people how great it is, and how great you can look and feel!
