Welcome. I found that I didn't lose weight until I gave up dairy and cheese. That is what held me back. As soon as I became plant strong and ate my fill of whole foods like fruits, veggies, whole grains and beans and cut out processed fake foods and cut way back on empty calorie fats my weight began to fall off. The processed packaged empty carbohydrate foods are what stopped the weight loss FOR ME. I found for me that I could eat a lot of food as long as it was healthy food and still lose weight but when I picked up chips or crackers or pretzels or anything like that. STOP. the weight loss stopped. But if I made myself a great meal of Jambalaya with veggies and beans over brown rice and a big salad with a great fat free dressing and ate until I was absolutely stuffed the weight would still come off. After 7 years I am so motivated to loose that extra 25 kg I used to be 52 kg until I was 24 then suddenly I start to put weight on. I used to play basketball, sometimes 9 hours a day after becaoming a bank officer I could hardly find the time and energy. At my 26 I was 87 kilos. I broke up with my boyfriends at that phase I was so unhappy did not want to eat anyting, lost 32 kilos. After a year I gradually start to put on all the weight ı had lost. Now I am 82 kilos, since last year I am on diet , my kilo under control but could not get under 80. now I am so determined. every evening at least half another for start I am playing basketball or brisk walking. My aim is to lose 7 kg per month, got to be strong and patient. owever while yesterday I was weighed 81,5 and played half an hour basketball on high intensity, and despite of 1200 cal this morning I was 82.1 how that can be happen I don't get it.
