Thank you! I bought the vegan sparkpeople book too--I just wish I could copy and paste all of that in here so I don't have to sit and retype it! It's really a good looking plan, so I'll try it out for next week and see how it goes! Thanks for the extra links--I can use all the help possible :)

We have requested that Spark post a vegan meal plan but so far there isn't one. If you subscribe to Lindsay Nixon's website www.happyherbivore.com she has a meal plan. Also her cookbooks contain recipes and meal plans that are easy to make and with just a few vegan options, from stuff you'll already have in your cupboard. Some team members use the Spark plan and substitute vegan options.

I'm not even sure they have a vegan option yet!?.. I don't use it but I thought vegetarian was the only thing they offer in that 'category'...
Maybe someone else will chime in and have a better idea?

Does anyone know how to make it so Spark will plan my meals as a vegan? I chose vegetarian and no meats, but most of the meals include cheese, which I don't eat. Any ideas? I love that function (planned meals!) but can't make it work without just doing a lot of substitutions, which kind of defeats the purpose. Thanks in advance!
