Hi Tommy. Welcome!! I have some health issues that prevent me from doing strenuous exercise. I walk every evening and am blessed to have DH walk with me. It is so much easier to have company when walking. He gets enough exercise at his job - up and down ladders, bending and lifting - but he says walking with me helps me burn calories and helps him "get the kinks out" of his back and knees.

We are all here for you. I will be praying for you that you loose the weight you want, get in shape and can be blessed with the healthy child you want. emoticon emoticon

Congratulations on taking steps to reach your goal. The walking will help. It also helps to take walking breaks during the day, it will speed up your system throughout the day & help your lymph system remove waste. You may also want to increase your unprocessed foods (pure veggies, fruits, etc.) while minimizing the processed stuff. Good Luck - you can do this!!

Hey there Tommy! Congrats on all of those walks you're taking. That's awesome & bound to help you lose weight. I have PCOS also & finally took Climud for a few months bit gave me terrible headaches so I stopped. After a Disney vacation a month later, we were pregnant. I suppose you could call my son (also Tommy) our little souvenir! :)

My best advice is to keep up the walking, eat healthier, & watch your portions. Portion control & drinking tons of water really helps me. I'm trying to look at this as more of a lifestyle change than a "diet". I know you have a goal in mind, but concentrate on yourself & working hard to feel better. When the time comes & you may be pregnant, you'll already have a healthy life in place & ready to go! If by chance you don't become preg right away, you will still feel better & be healthier!

This isn't easy by any means, but nothing worth having ever is! Message me & add me as a friend if you'd like!

My name is tommy and I am 5ft 6ins tall 230lbs I started exercising this week, after trying to get pregnant for over two years and then being diagnosed with polycistic ovaries. I walk about 45 mins to 1 hr each evening I am hoping to lase at least 50lbs and have my baby that I am longing for. I just carve your support. THANKS
