Welcome!! When I joined SP last year I learned that if I think of it as a healthy life style and not a diet it is soooo much easier to succeed. I went from Omnivore in Aug 2011 to Vegetarian by Dec 31st and Vegan by June 12. In the process I lost over 30 pounds and feel much better about myself.
