Hello! I just joined this group right now because I recently finished reading the Sparkpeople ebook about veganism and I thought I would give veganism a shot for a week, and then reassess at the end of the week to see if I want to continue it indefinitely. I have all of my meals planned for the entire week and I am really excited!
I know most people go from omnivore to vegetarian before transitioning to vegan (if they ever decide to, of course). But I suppose I was already eating meat so sparingly anyways that I wanted to take on a bigger challenge. :)
