Hi, I'm starting over after being out of the loop for a couple of years. I'm not a vegetarian, however I'm not a heavy carnivore either. I like fish, and chicken (occasionally), NO MOO or TOFU. I like veggies and find eggplant to be a wonderful substitute. I tried the vegan think but the magazines horrified me. My plan is to consume mostly baked fish and plenty, plenty of steamed or raw vegetables. If anyone has recipes, please share. My goal is to lose 30lbs by mid-May 2013. Good luck to those who are on a weight loss, maintenance or just want to live healthy.
