Welcome. You will find good advice and encouragement here. Make use of the tools, especially the nutrition tracker. Be honest with your self and log everything you eat. You will be able to look back and see what you ate when, what triggered what foods, etc. I had to quit sweets totally when I discovered I used them as a "security blanket" when I was out of sorts.
We are here for you and will give you all the moral support we can.

Hi NIGERIAGOULD, I had gone through several weight-loss friends for different reasons. I believe all came into my life for a reason and a season. I'm grateful of the memories and growth gain from the friendship but I don't allow it to change my goals or loose focus. One day at a time, one meal at a time...hang in there.
Feel free to check out my sparkpage and friend me if you'd like. You can never have too many friends!! Have a great day! (",)
Hi, My name is Nigeria and I always have battles with my weight at one point I lost a lot last summer because my best friend and I were losing weight and together. We are no longer friends so I have no one to lose weight with and I have lost my motivation. I am an over eater and I eat whenever I am stressed, sad, depressed, etc. I really have no control over it and this is why I joined online I'm hoping there will be people who can help me get to my weight loss goal and help me through this journey and I hope I can help also. I hope to hear from everyone :)
