Plan plan plan! If you want to eliminate 1 at a time to make the transition easier that would be good. Make sure you're replacing it with some sort of protein to keep within your protein requirements.

You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.

I have no idea how to start. Yeah, I could probably just stop eating eggs and dairy and it would be alright. But I woudn't be able to do that healthily.

Ideas? Thanks
