There are tons of valuable nuggets in this team's forums; but if you don't find one specifically for the subject of: vegan, lactose & gluten free then you might start one. I'm sure this generous group will contribute and you will discover other kindred souls to walk the path with you.

Hi everyone! I'm so happy I found this board. I'm a recent Vegan and am also allergic to Gluten. I have to say, since cutting out dairy and meat, I feel amazing! I had a hunch that I also had a dairy allergy but now I know for sure that I can never go back to dairy. I'm not opposed to eating meat, but I find now that I have no desire.
I'm slowly starting to lose weight eating within this lifestyle, but I'm running out of ideas on what to prepare for meals and snacks. I'm hoping this board can help.
