Hello ZUZUBEAT, It is true that SP does not let you choose to see vegan meal suggestions. I don't use the meal planning here. There are so many other sites that offer this. Please read through the forums to get some of the free advice, books & websites your team members have suggested. Good Luck!!
I do, and I liked the 21 day kickstart. Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of recipes, and lots of cookbooks to draw from, but the one thing I noticed that was different about sparkpeople was the meal plan. I was impressed that they offered a vegetarian option, and they even have a no-egg option. I was just surprised that there wasn't a no-milk option. Z
Zuzu, I wish it would give me a Raw Vegan meal plan! Might inspire me to increase my raw intake, which is around 60 - 70% most days.
I don't use the SP mealplans, though. Instead, I try to make my own choices come out to the correct amount of calories, carbs, fat, protein & fiber (which I added to my tracker). Most days, I am either in range on all or most.

ZUZU, come on. This is a site for everybody. And, this team is for vegetarians and vegens. If you want to stop using milk products, just stop using them. You know the routine: soy milk, almond milk, soy cheese....... It would be nice, though, if vegetarians could click on a vegetarian menu, and vegans on a vegan menu.
Hello! I've been a vegetarian for 25 years, was mostly vegan until two years ago when I went all the way (and gave up cheese!) I've got about 30 pounds to lose, and am finding losing weight harder now that I'm creeping up on 40. I weighed 180 May 10, and now am 175. I am really having a hard time budging out of the 170's. I feel like I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, I walk 2-5 miles a day, do yoga or pilates during the week, and eat very healthy foods. I do like to drink red wine, but have cut back on that. I like that this site gives meal plan suggestions, but how do I get them to stop including milk products? Zuzubeat
