I've been a vegetarian for 25 years, was mostly vegan until two years ago when I went all the way (and gave up cheese!)
I've got about 30 pounds to lose, and am finding losing weight harder now that I'm creeping up on 40. I weighed 180 May 10, and now am 175. I am really having a hard time budging out of the 170's.
I feel like I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, I walk 2-5 miles a day, do yoga or pilates during the week, and eat very healthy foods.
I do like to drink red wine, but have cut back on that.
I like that this site gives meal plan suggestions, but how do I get them to stop including milk products?
