I'm pretty new to SparkPeople and a long-term vegetarian as well. I found that reducing my reliance on dairy and eggs as protein sources has helped me reduce fat and calories. And I've also had to face the fact that I actually do need to exercise (grin). The equation does have TWO sides, exercise and nutrition!
