I think the baby steps are MORE important to focus on than the big steps, because without the little ones you will never reach the big ones. You can do this - one bite at a time, one day at a time, one goal at a time. Good Luck!!

I agree you can do it but you got to work your way up to that. Exercise, including wieght lifting is just as important as eating healthy
