hi!! as a new sparker i have to say, i love this site! i recently got the android app, so i am going to start logging meals tomorrow. my goal is to get down to 135, and my starting weight was 149...so far i have lost 6.2 lbs, and i weigh in again tomorrow! i have taken up running, and it seems to be getting a little easier every day! i alternate running and walking, and try to do an hour of it on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. i also have been doing other cardio dvd's, and strength training every day as well...jillian michaels and bob harper are tough, but worth it! i've also been watching my diet as well. even though i've been a vegetarian for 7 years, i have recently cut out all animal products and bread/pasta. hmm, well as my name suggests, i play guitar...my other interests consist of cooking and hiking and fishing. i am a college student, just about to finish up school (one more semester!) and am going into healthcare. i realize this is a little lengthy so if you read all of this, thanks! :) looking forward to getting to know everyone!!
