I look in the mirror and who I see is not who I image myself to be. My goal is let my mind and body merge; let my energy level sore and make fitness a lifestyle and not a chore.
I use to love exercising and now I'm trying to rekindle this affection, slow but most certainly.
if anyone out there needs a workout buddy and you're in or near the 10466 area, let me know.
I love yoga (haven't practiced as often as i used to - still rekindling), kickboxing, pilates, love love love turbo jam and will be starting p90x in June. Trying to lose 20-30 pounds by the end of August
