Welcome!! I strongly recommend you investigate some of the anti-inflammation diets out there, many of them are vegan. I recently made some changes to my eating based on info in one of these type of books. Good Luck!

I'm a super busy 66 yr old woman, who works full-time (emergency nurse), goes to school online, volunteers in my church, and two professional organizations. My eating is dis-organized! I do ride the exercise bike 20 minutes daily almost every day as I have OA in my knees and I'm determined to keep moving and do not want joint replacements yet. Right now I'm on my way to mow the yard, which takes at least an hour. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and sharing.
