Please do not believe that it is all your fault! If you have eaten processed and phast phood choices you have ingested tons of chemicals and additives that effects our brains and emotions and body. The phood manufacturers, meat and dairy producers all are making us into addicted and sick, fat and nearly dead automatons.
The best thing to do is to start eating fresh food as much as possible. Hold off on the exercise regimen until your body starts geting solid nutrition or you will fail.
I would recommend the first week to blend up some fruit and drink it every morning. The 2nd week do a 2nd blended drink with leafy greens. That's called a green smoothie. Then the 3rd week start eating salads without bottled dressings. Blend up some vegies and put them on top instead.
The 4th week you will start feeling so much better. Then start eliminating all the processed, boxed, canned phoods. Toss out the dairy and the meat also. Those are all toxic!
