by Joanne Stepaniak, "Cooking with P.E.T.A."
"American Wholefoods Cuisine", by Nikki &
David Goldbeck, anything by John and Mary
McDougall. Also - Vegetarian Times is my
monthly vegetarian cheering section. Of
course, you can instantly access a lot of
Vegetarian Times' recipes & ideas just by

Hello everyone, my name is Jeannie. I have recently made some changes to my life in the past month and one of them was becoming a vegetarian. Now you might want to know why I picked it, but the truth is, I am not even sure myself. I think it is because I love my fruits and veggies and want to make a healthier life style. And what not to loss in giving up meat since I do not eat much of it myself to begin with. I also found out that its a good healthy life style.

No I am not sure what I am doing exactly, nor am I sure what I want to cut out of my diet. Do I still want to drink milk and eat eggs still. I am not sure. But I did get a book called vegetarians for dummies. I will read that and get some info.

If anyone has a few good books for me to read, or web sites or just some personal info or experience, let me know. I love food with lots of flavor and to try out new food. So I could use all the info I can get.
