If you have to get a timer... and set it as a reminder that it is time to COOK and EAT...then that is what you do. It has to become a priority to make it a habit.
Often times, I will cook ahead - - some chicken breasts and a pot of brown rice, and a veggie in the steamer... then they will be ready when I am... Have them there to 'snack' on..if you don't feel like cooking.
