Wow! Reading your story felt like I was reading my own life! I, too am 22 with the same "problems". I joined this site after talking to my doctor about losing weight. I have never used one of these before because I am usually very good about my diet. I am currently studying to become a Registered Dietitian, so I never thought I would have a weight problem. I'm just looking to lose 10 pounds, but nevertheless it's those 10 pounds that are making me feel sluggish and tired. My TERRIBLE sweet tooth gets me as well, which is why I also chose to try a vegan diet (no eggs = no baked goods unless I make them vegan-friendly).
