There are alot chemicals in proseced foods and all the drugs so the best way is to eat friuts and veggies.

I do think a change to veg will help. One thing that can cause migraines is aged cheeses (like Parmesan). Also migraines are sometimes linked to tooth problems (including tightly spaced teeth) and jaw problems (including TMJ).

The one piece of advice I wish someone had given me is don't try to find substitutes for everything (meat and cheese substitutes, etc.).

For the first several weeks (at least) use the tracker to plan out your meals and snacks. This will help you make sure you eat a balanced diet and will help with budgeting and shopping.

You are worth it!

I am new at this. I have decided to become a vegetarian for health reasons. I suffer from migraines. And it seems like nothing I take helps them anymore. So, I'm starting to evaluate what I eat, and see if that is the cause for them. I'm taking this slow like, so please bear with me. So you can say that this is day one for my quest in vegetarianism. I am asking for help in this quest. If there is anyone who would be willing to help then, please respond to this post. thank you sincerely from the bottom of by heart. emoticon
