I'm walking! Don't care if it's cold outside...as long as I can find a stretch of road that's not snow covered and icy...I'm out chugging along with my dogs! They are the BEST exercise partners...if I try to stay in the car...they bark at me until I haul myself out!

Randy, Everyone has given the best advice! Some times I think we need one of those BIG STAPLES BUTTONS, for exactly this! Okay, I will admit this, even though I did not eat, but wanted to yesterday.....I had one of those days!
Since we just got our "INSURANCE RENEWALS" Medical, and needed to review them, I was checking into all kinds of stuff, for both Hubby and Myself! The bottom line..............FORGET IT! Pay, pay, pay, pay, and we still get nothing! So I was stressed until, I started saying my "Serenity Prayer" and I am not kidding, about this, but being sincerely honest! I had to learn to ACCEPT what I could not change....and let it go! Thanking my Higher Power, that we are basically Healthy, and getting better every day, and whatever happens I will put into HIS Hands!

hi randy.know we are here for you love.it is only natural that you get bad days once in a while we all do but know whyt you are doing the right thng by not ignoring it and doing something positive about it.i.e. getting it out in the open.i am haveiing a real bad tim at the moment health wise but it is acctually good news even though i feel so bad.havenīt mentioned it to anyone on spark as i didnīt want to get my hopes up but was at the drīs today and she agrees with me even though i feel rough it is good news.will blog about it when the kids are in bed.you know what they say every cloud has a silver lining. that is like you.maybe you are noticeing sooner when you are haveing a bad day or maybe the bad days are getting fewer and far between,i hope so fo you.remember though you are never alone.take care and keep smiling.

Ok --- breathing .....breathing......
I make a commitment to this team 100+ FSC --- not to eat or overeat because of my emotions.
Having a bad day. I've tried to put a positive spin on it!
I want to go to the snack machine --- the cafeteria --- the convenience store
BUT -- I will not.
I will eat my veggie snacks and have my planned lunch.
I will put on headphones and do the work that here for me to do.
I will focus on me -- and not let others get in my way.
I will take my meds -- that I have sitting on my desk -- that I JUST realized I had not taken this morning!!!!!
