Hi all,
My name is Melinda. I am almost 27 and moving to Sparks from Sacramento, CA. I have spent a lot of time up here in the Reno area as I have family up here. I am trying to be healthy with one of my sisters. It's going well. I have lost almost 4 pounds in the week I've stayed with her. Good luck everyone on your goals.
