I also use the Fulton women's only gym--when I go. Right now I've been restricted to only using the treadmill and bicycle due to a possible rotator cuff problem, but can't get a doctor's appt. to see about it. When do you normally go? I was going two or three times a week, but haven't been there since I got restricted.
I just joined, and recently joined SparkPeople. I've been dieting for about 6 weeks and doing pretty good.
I'm looking for walking buddies in the Carmichael, or any other part of the north area or Natomas. I'm only walking 1/2 to 1 mile right now, though hoping to improve. If you'd even be interested in meeting occasionally at a park or somewhere, please contact me.
Also anyone who belongs to California Family Fitness and is looking for a buddy to motivate them to go--and is willing to motivate me to go, too, that would be great. Right now I'm only using the treadmill.
