Hana - I think we are the only two people on this team. LOL. I wish you would drop in on the other team, so much more active. Yesterday I thought I could sleep in, but one of the gals woke me at 9 am that the food was coming, so I had to jump out of bed and get down to the community center. "The 3rd Sat of every month we get food from Whole Foods. They came with 30 boxes of food and you can take as much as you want. I brought three bags and filled them. I got tomatoes, celery, lettuce, potatoes, asparagus, breads, cake, pies, etc. I shared some with my sons girlfriend. Some of the tomatoes were soft and were ignored. But I took them all, and will make a spaghetti sauce with them. I grew up with my mother and nothing went to waste. LOL Bev

It sounds like it will be a busy trip! It will be fun to go with friends tho! I've only been on one cruise. It was a short one to Ensenada. My husband's grandpa treated the whole family for his 80th birthday. It was fun. :)

I am only planning on doing the Arizona and I will book it through Carnival. So much cheaper and no waiting in line, we go first. I will be taking my walker so I will board first. As for the other islands, not a big interest. My dtr has rented a car in all the ports, but I am told the traffic is horrendous. She wants to do a Luoa (?) but I am no the least big interested, I will stay on board the ship and enjoy my balcony. Her husband and son want to go play golf, and she said we 4 girls will do our thing, she doesn't realize that I cannot do walking. To save $$ she gets sandwiches from the ship and takes them with her so she doesn't have to buy food elsewhere. This is her 11th cruise, so she is an old hand. This is my 2nd. The 1st one I got excursions at all the ports and wore myself out and came home to relax. This time is different, will be spending more time on the ship. You must know the islands well. We are going to 5 islands and two we will have to be tendered in, I might just not go on those. Bev

Never done the cruise, but our grandparents do it fairly often & really enjoy it. My husband's mother lives on Maui and his father's family is on the big island. My parents spent a lot of time there before and after I was born (I was named after an isolated little town on Maui). Strangely, my husband and I met over here, but found we knew people in common from the island. Serendipity, I guess :) We haven't been in over 10 years - it's much less expensive to have his mom come here to visit. We have seen so much population overgrowth that it was a bit dismaying when we were there.
The cruise should give you good incentive to reach your goals - will you be going ashore at all?

From what I heard from quite a few people that Honolulu is 100 times better than Molokai. I have booked a cruise to Hawaii for the 17th of October of this year. It is a 15 day cruise and I opted for a balcony room. Now I have to lose weight. Have you been to Hawaii?

Thanks for the tip - I put it on my Good Reads list. I once read a book called Moloka'i also by Alan Brennert. It was a wonderful, if very sad story. Not usually the kind of books I like, but the cover totally drew me in, and I have a kinship with the Hawaiian Islands. :)

In the book club, we had to read WILD, and I hated the book and told them I could not wait for her to reach the end of the trail, in fact read the last chapter and called it a day. LOL The last book sounded pretty good, so I bought it and it was all about an uncle that died from AIDS and the room-mate/lover that inflicted the aids on him. Tooo depressing for me, I had one of the gals in the park read it to see if it was me, and she felt the same way about the book. The book club meeting is coming up on the 28th of this month, I think I will go just for kicks and giggles to see what they thought of the book, I already know that these RN;s will love the book and I will be on the outside AGAIN. if that is the case, it will be he last one I go to. I do recommend to you HONOLULU by Alan Brennart (?) 'that was one of the books that I did read and could not put down, had all the girls in the park read it and they had the same feelings as I, they could not put it down. I recommended it to one of the gals on SP and she got it from the library and read it in one day because she could not put it down. LOL Bev

That's too funny about the trail food! I was in a book club about 20 years ago and I hated every book we had to read. I guess my tastes just don't align with the Oprah-type books. I'd love to join one that was thriller/mystery based! :D

Glad you are thinking of our team, Just drop in and tell us a little about yourself and everyone will welcome you. The Chinese food was awesome. Ate the majority there and brought the rest home to finish. I brought a plate home for my son and he woffed it down and said it was the best Chinese Food he has eaten in a long time.

I have a book club meeting coming up on the 28th. I hated the book but I will go and tell them I didn't like it. The other ladies are mostly RN's that I knew when I worked in the hospital and trust me they will just LOVE the book. I have no idea where they come up with these books. It is a group of ladies that we met and formed the book club about 15 years ago. It is a pot luck and we bring food indicative of the book. If the book is Chinese, we bring Chinese food, there was one that was Korean and everyone brought Korean food. It was different, but not something I would eat all the time. We also had Japanese and Moroccan food. We read WILD and the gals brought trail food. UGH I usually bring dessert and the time we had trail food, my dessert all went, they had seconds and thirds. LOL

Glad that you found a tracker that works - with electronics, there's always a chance to come across a bad unit.
I'll look into the Females 55+ group.
Enjoy the Chinese tonight - I miss it!

I too got the Spark Activity Tracker, but had to send it back, there was something wrong with it. It would not synch and I didn't like to have to go on the computer. I just got a simple pedometer that records my steps only. Got it on Amazon.com. It is the OMRON HJ203 and I wear it all the time. The Spark Activity Tracker, I tried on my shoes, on my belt and it just wouldn't accurately record my steps. I wore my OMRON at the same time and the difference was unbelievable.

Today was craft day at the park community center. I was going to put my rollator in the car but one of the gals that was going to the crafts was walking by with her rollator so I though I would venture the walk with her and left my car behind. I made it to the community center and later came back. Felt broken, but the walk did me good. Have to work off the extra lbs I put on. Doing a WW no-no tonight, meeting some friends for Chinese Food. It will take my tired body 48 hours to rid itself of the massive sodium. But once every two months is OK, at least that is what I convinced myself. LOL I meet these gals, former WW friends, and we do Mexican and then Chinese. We go to the same strip mall that has both of these awesome places. It is on Folsom Blvd, near Watt. They both live close and one of the gals has daycare and her last mom comes in at 6 pm so we meet at 6:30. Otherwise by the time she would come near me, it would be close to 7 pm and we agreed that it was too darn late and I am the only one retired, so it really doesn't make a difference to me.

Looks like we are the only two on this team. Oh well, you need to join the other team, it is very active. I think it is Females 55+, or something like that. We would love to have you join, and it is not a clique. Bev

Hi Bev,
I didn't know about the Merrill outlet store - will have to check it out with my daughter when she is home from school.
I ended up ordering the Spark Activity Tracker - it was quite affordable and I like how it just syncs up with my account. Have found it to be pretty accurate so far, although it's a very basic, no frills unit. One day, I'd really like to get one that tracks sleep and heart rate too, but this is a good first step.
Have a great day! This wind has got my nose running non-stop!

Hana - Did you know there is a MERRILL store at the Folsom Outlet? I get lots of my shoes there and the price is reasonable. I went to Wash DC with the union (they paid for everything, finally got my union dues to work for me for a change) and I walked everywhere for the week we were there and I wore my MERRILL sandals and at the end of the day, I was the only one that didn't complain about sore feet. I have 10 regular shoes and about 12 different color sandals.

You should join our team of Women +55 or something like that, we are very active and welcome new people and the age is not really important. I think we are the only ones on this team that are active. Viv is from Carmichael and she is on the women 55+ team. We met for coffee at Starbucks last week and had a nice visit. She recommended a pedometer that I bought and it works for me. I tried everything even expensive ones, but when they become a job to operate, they are not for me.

The weekend was nice and quiet for me. When I am done on my computer, I do a killer jigsaw puzzle, then read a tad and crochet watching TV.

What TV programs do you enjoy? Do you watch Downton Abby? By far my favorite. Bev

Hope you had a nice weekend - it was beautiful and we got a lot done around the house.

I'm starting to see what you mean about cliques in the groups - seems like to only interacting I get in most of the teams I've joined are with fellow newbies. That's okay - I end up spending more time here online instead of being active and getting important stuff done! I'm pretty sure that's why I fell away from SP last time.

My daughter has a pair of Merrill boots and she LOVES them, but I've been disappointed by the quality considering their cost. We had to replace both zippers within the first 6 months. I think she'll be wearing them into the ground, though :) Have a great day!

The shoes I wear are MERRILL shoes. They are the only shoes made for a woman. I was having a problem when I flexed my toes. No numbness or pain, went to the doctor and she told me I wore out the pads of my feet and need to get Dr Scholls pads. There is another long story, but I went online and got some pads for my feet. They are a pain to use and I use them mostly in the house.

I am so glad you answered my response, seems like everyone on this team went by the wayside. I had joined about 5 teams but they were all cliques and did not let a new person in their group. So I dropped most of them and joined a team called women + 55 and it is really very active and supportive.

I hope this Sunday finds you in good health. I don't have any more animals. I had 7 cats, most left by my daughter and they all passed. Everyone wants me to get another cat, but after 30 years I can now wear black and not have to worry about taking my cats with me. Also after losing 7 of my closest family, I have no more tears left and don't want to get attatched to another cat and then lose it. Bev

Hi Bev - thanks for the greeting :) I know what you mean when it comes to finding shoes that fit! Even when I do, they don't last long because of my weight. Right now, I wear boots. I had to wear them for work last summer and found they are more comfortable than anything I own. I can wear them all day! I imagine I'll look pretty funny wearing them with shorts though, so will have to come up with some tennies soon lol!

I know the gym you are talking about. I don't miss the gym at all (except for maybe the sauna and steam rooms!) I have been a member of CalFit for 15 years and probably haven't even racked up a year of days that I actually went. I cringe when I think how much money I've wasted on them! I like to take my little dogs for a walk on the Stock Ranch trail behind Costco sometimes. It's a neat area.

Hi Hana, glad to have you on the team. I think most of the members are sleeping. LOL I belong to the gym at Auburn Blvd and Van Maren. My membership is inexpensive so I keep it but the last time I went I could not wait to leave to take my tennis shoes off. Come to find out they were both different and the wrong sizes. One was a 10 1/2 and the other was a 10 and I wear an 11 now. I banged up my large toenail and it is getting ready to fall off. Oh well, one less to have polished. Experience is an expensive teacher.

I belong to the woman +55 team and one of the gals is from Carmichael and the team is very active and would welcome you with open arms. Age is really not that important. Bev

Hi I'm Hana. I live in Citrus Heights and hope to make some new friends :)
It's been a challenge trying to make the scale go backwards, but the energy and enthusiasm that I know have will keep me going strong and steady! I have been following the Fast Metabolism Diet (on Week 3 right now), and it's going well. I finally got smart and put my gym membership on hold, using that money to get a few items at home to work out with - a used Total Gym, a rebounder and a yoga mat. I have taken over my daughter's room (she's away at college) and turned it into my activity sanctuary. I can go in there and lock the door and sweat! Excuses be damned!

I'm Barb. I live in the Land Park area. Interestingly, I've been active with SP for almost a year, but only found this forum today!
I retired last January, and have lost about 25 lbs since July. I still have another 70-90 lbs to go. It's a slow process, but I plan to keep those pounds off.
I enjoy the Yolo Bypass for bird photography (although it's currently under water - that's the good news). I also enjoy gardening and singing.

Hugs,
Barb

Hi Sacramento! My name is Jeanne. I moved to Sacramento about 18 months ago from the Sierras. I'm loving the milder weather and the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors more. That may sound strange, but not if you consider 9 months of cold and snow. Anyway, I'm on a mission to lose the 20 pounds I've gained since I moved here by summertime! I live in the So. Sacramento area off I-5 and Florin.

Hi, I am ChaCha. New to the area and already moving. Well moving from the burbs closer to the city. My new home is right on the American River Bike Trail, which has be all happy dancing. I love my bikes. I am not a cyclist, it sounds so elitist. I am also interested in playing a friendly game of tennis. I am looking forward to the weather here, Seattle has more rain and overcast than sun. My vitamin D deficiency is non-existent these days. I look forward to meeting people in this area with similar interests.

Hi Kitty.
I am on my second go round with Spark. Heading into week 3 and am really excited about it. I have found this time, the more I participate in the boards, the more reading I do I am doing much better staying motivated and on track with walking and my eating. (Not to say that I haven't had a couple days of being sluggish!)
I also have heel spurs. Actually two in the heel and another that is at such an angle it messes with my Achilles tendon. I spent 7 months of 2012 in non weight bearing mode, with boot and wheelchair. Every once in a while they still let me know they are with me, but I have learned to tape my heel/foot if I am walking a good distance. I bought some inserts for my shoes. And, I have found that if I don't walk/exercise/stretch regularly it feels worse.

Feel free to add me as a spark friend if you like.
I am always open to encouragement from others! Have a wonderful day.

Hi All, My name is Kitty. I am 47 and live in South Natomos near downtown. I am single and have 4 fur babies (2 puppies and 2 cats).
Would love to find a walking buddy in the near area. I have to start out walking slow due to heel spurs, but once I warm up, I am good to go.
I have about 55-60 pounds to lose. have not been real motivated lately. Would love some buddies to encourage and uplift.
Look forward to chatting and motivativing each other soon.

Hi, my name is Jan. I have lived in Antelope for the past 20 years, and before that various locations in Carmichael.
This is my second time here. I joined in early 2013 after being released from a boot/wheelchair from June 2012 to December 26th, 2012. I wasn't very active with posting at that time, but was on my way to losing weight. March 1st 2013 I had to have a surgery unrelated to my previous foot issue. That stopped things for me for a while.
Now, I am happy to be back and move forward with becoming a healthier me.
Today is the end of day three being gluten free and I already feel better.
Looking forward to staying motivated by reading others success stories.
Thanks for having me here!

Hi my name is Ruby, I live in Arden Arcade and have done so for about a year now. I am 48 years of age, young at heart wife and mother to three grown daughters, so empty nester. I have a few health issues that keep me from working, but I stay active with walking, gardening and chores. I write a blog about my life and run a facebook page that is about finding beauty, magic and inspiration in day to day life. As mentioned I like gardening, I enjoy being in nature, I love reading cozy mysteries, collect fairies, enjoy baking and just sipping tea and chatting on line.
I am only a few pounds over my goal weight, a comfortable weight for me, if not a prefect weight, hormonal issues and fibromyalgia makes it hard to loose and maintain weight, but have a life long goal to always stay below 130... not there right now, so working on getting back there. Looking for a walking partner and someone to just sit on the porch with and have a good giggle with.

Hi everyone,

New to the area! Love the scenery here, I'm actually North of Sac closeby to Chico. Really kicking myself to get in shape this year, not to look good as much to become healthy. Don't really know many people in the area since I moved from far away. Hope I can join in on group events or simply learn where and how to excercise from others. Thanks for the support and I'll try my best to motivate other's as well!

Scheduled for the Color Run in San Francisco this Fall! emoticon

Hi there my name is celina, I am a 29 year old who lives in west sacramento with my hubby and 7 year old daughter. I just joined sp yesterday. I have already lost 20 pounds in a month and I plan to lose alot more. I am currently doing the Hcg diet drops along with a VLCD, low- impact cardio and is doing pretty good with it. I joined sp to get extra support on my journey and I would love to find like-minded individuals in my area and perhaps even meet up for walks or other activities. Good luck to all of you on your journey.

Hello all... signed back up for SP today after a long absence. I live near Carmichael but spend time (soon to be alot of time) at the 24 hr Fitness in Citrus Heights. So happy that summer is here. My veg garden has already given me some great lettuces and I have tomatoes, cukes, zuccini, eggplant and more growing like crazy. I love eating my own fresh veggies!

Hey all! I'm in Sacramento, kind of between Citrus Heights and North Highlands, and we just recently moved from the Fair Oaks area. I live with my hubby and our "furrbabies" (two cats). My hubby grew up in the North Highlands area, but I've only lived in the area for about 3 years (grew up in Colorado). Hobbies include photography and reading. Favorite workout is probably walking/jogging and biking. Just recently got into races (doing my first half-marathon at the end of the month at the American River Parkway race).

Hi Everyone!
My name is Jen and I live in Midtown with my girlfriend and our "furkids" (Seamus the puppy and Oliver the cat). We are working together to lose weight and get healthy. I am lucky enough to have a gym at my work! Motivation is key for me. If I'm not motivated I know I will fall off the wagon. I'd love to get together with some other Sparkies for workouts, yoga or whatever! I'm excited to be on the team! :)

Hi everyone! I'm Anastasia.. I am 25 and I live in Fair Oaks close to the American River. I would love to meet new friends who would like to take riverside hikes or jogs, practice yoga, and maybe attend some fitness classes together. I love to dance, that is my main form of fitness - so even better if you love to dance as well! I started studying Belly Dance six years ago and I continue to dance at least a couple times a week. I have spent some time teaching Belly Dance and I am trying to get small group classes going in the area. I would love to find a good Hip Hop Dance Class in the area to attend, if anyone knows of one please let me know!

Hope to talk with some of you soon! Thanks for having me. :) Peace, Anastasia

I am sure there are others downtown, that would enjoy a walking partner.

Hello all! Midtown is my place of residence and I would love a day time fast walking companion. Weight loss management has been a lifelong battle. In 2001 I had a gastric bypass and lost 220 pounds. Over the last year a new medication pretty much wiped out my thyroid, so I am now resorting to the long haul method to loose the 50 pounds I gained this year.

Always, Donna

Hello:

I am not new to Sparkpeople, but was hoping to meet people closer to home (Sacramento) that participate in walks and or walk/jogs ( I am retraining myself from square one). I lost a bunch of weight, unfortunately I let stress take over and gained a greater portion back. I love the feeling exercise gives me, but it is so much more motivating with friends. I hope to get to know some of you.

Hello, CHICKINTHEHAT! I wish I could attend those classes!
I did find a not smoking team here and it is called "classy quitters". I really like it and there are a lot of people still struggling with smoking, and others that have quit.
I am still struggling:(

I'm not new, but I need to spend more time on the forums to get to know people. I've lived in Sacramento since I was five...I'm in Tahoe Park (near the UCD Med Center). I lost a lot of weight in 2003-4, I've managed to keep most of it off since then. It started to creep back in the last year and a half. I took it back off, now I'm trying to get to my original goal while I have some momentum. :)

I started with calorie counting and walking for weight loss, I am still counting calories but I am an avid cyclist, inside and outside. I graduated to teaching spin and X-bike a couple years ago. If anyone is a member at CalFit, I teach at Howe, Carmichael Arden and Laguna. I also teach cycle @ Signature Athletic Club in Carmichael. Come play! Otherwise I'll see ya on the bike trail. :D

You're welcome. Of course, I can only tell you what is working for me and everyone has to find their own motivation and method. There are a lot of good ideas in the smoking cessation team on here. At least there are in the one I found, but I'm sure there are others as well. I wish you the best of luck going forward. emoticon

AFMOMJAS, thank you for your reply. I tried not buying any, and I felt almost panicy, so I tried buying some and keeping them in the car. That didn't work either. If I don't have any, I panic, and if I do, I smoke them. I am hoping that once I get an appointment for a biopsy, that I will feel re-motivated to quit again. I don't want to have to tell them that I still smoke!

SNUZSUZ so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I smoked for most of the last 20 or so years. I just decided that because of my age and increase in health risks, it was time to stop. I had planned to stop at 35 years old, but it took me until almost 38 to actually do it. The thing that makes it easiest for me is that I refuse to buy any and I don't have anyone around me that smokes right now, so I don't have the chance to have just a few puffs or just one cigarette. I used the patch for a while at first and that helped, too, at least mentally. It really has been easier than I thought it would be. I wish you the best of luck, and if I can help in any way let me know. emoticon

AFMOMJAS, I quit smoking for about a day, then just had a few puffs, then 2 whole cigs, and now I am right back at a pack a day. How did you do it? I absolutely have to quit! I was just diagnosed with lung cancer aobut 4 days ago--and I'm still smoking!! Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi everybody! I joined SP just about 6 months ago but slacked off most of the summer and had to start back at square one a month or so ago. I'm new to the team, but have been in Sacramento most of my life. I am currently in the North Highlands area. I very recently quit smoking and am working hard to improve my health and my life one step at a time. I would love to find like-minded individuals in my area and perhaps even meeet up for walks or other activities. Good luck to all of you on your journey. emoticon

Hi my name is Dave, I live in Rancho Cordova. I have been in Sacramento since 1985. Overall I love Sacramento. For a member of SP it sucks because way to many good resturants lol. Michelle I am a retired police officer so if you need any info or anything I can help you with just let me know. I joined Sp to get back to being fit and healthy. After my retirment I just let the pounds add up. A beautiful thing about this city is all the great bike trails to walk on for exercise

Hi! I am 30 and live in East Sacramento. I work part time and go to school the other part of the time. I want to meet my goals of living a healthy and active lifestyle.Ive grown tired of saying I'm going to loose weight and never "get" around to it. I'm making changes inside and want my outside to progress as I evolve. So here I am looking for work out buddy(ies) to keep me in check of my goals and vice -versa.

Hi, I'm Crystal. I just moved to Sacramento (Natomas area) last month. Trying to start a new life for myself, and my family. I'm 23, and the mommy of a 4 month old baby girl. I'm jump starting my weight loss by doing Zumba!! Loving it. Looking for friends in the area! Whether weight loss friends, or mom friends.

Hi, my name is Stephanie and I have been in the general area for about 6 years now, moved up from the Mojave Desert. I used to live in Fair Oaks, but now I live with my husband in Woodland. I would love to meet some exercise pals in Woodland. I don't know if there are any on here? I am really motivated right now. So far SparkPeople is exactly what I needed. I've lost 5.2 pounds since I started 2 weeks ago. I am really excited to see the new me! I've been overweight so long now that I can barely remember what I look like at a healthy weight. Glad to see so many Sac people on here. And I'm looking forward to doing my first 5K when I get into a little better shape. emoticon emoticon

Love eachother.

Hi, I'm Michelle.

I was born and raised in Sacramento. I currently live in Carmichael area of town and am a 20-year-old student at American River College. Its nice that there is a group for people in our area.

I have so many reasons for wanting to lose weight. The biggest is wanting to become a police officer and be confident in joining in on youthful, singles, activities. I am at 13 pounds lost with 60 more to go.

I work out at California Family Fitness. I work with weights 3 days a week, cardio at least 3 days a week, and I am trying new activities like Zumba.

My name is Mary and I live in Rancho Cordova currently. I have lived in Sacramento all of my life. I have lost 60lbs in the past with Weight Watchers but lately it has slowly started creeping back. I still have 100+ lbs to lose so I'm going to try sparkpeople as a better option. I prefer the method of tracking my actual calories and nutrients vs. "points" I currently work with children but I am interested in health care and am taking anatomy and physiology this fall at Folsom Lake College. I am looking forward to hopefully continuing success in my education and weight loss goals.

Hi all, I've lived in Sacramento for over 20 years and love the city, county and metro-area. A friend of mine from church kept bugging me to join Spark People so we could be buddies. So in 2008 I joined to help encourage her and try to get more focused on developing a healthier lifestyle since I was retiring and would hopefully have more time to focus on 'me'.

I've got over 100+ pounds to loose, and have had many successes and many failures since joining -but it's all been good because I keep getting new insights on my silly mind and all its strengths and weakness that have brought me to where I am today.

I joined Sparks to get extra support on my journey. I already lost 50 pounds over the last year, joining a gym and working out with a personal trainer. I have another 50 to lose, and plan to get help from all of you!

Carolyn

Happy to be on my way to a healthier life!

Hi! I started my journey officially in January of this year. I say officially because I had started and stopped diets numerous times over the last 10 years without much success, certainly none lasting. I started at 275 lbs and am now 214 lbs! I joined a gym and set several goals. Over the year I have run two 5ks, and two 10ks, the last one on Thanksgiving. I love doing the races but am sticking to the 5ks for now-they're way more fun. I am a member at CalFit and work with a trainer now. I realized that I am now one of those people that loves to workout and am NEVER going back! Anybody else like to race?

Hi, I'm Kate & I live in Citrus Heights. I've lived in the Sacramento area since 1992. My son & grandkids live in Rocklin.

I belong to Cal Fit & try to do water aerobics at least 4 days a week, & Tai Chi 3 days. I have a bad back so most exercise doesn't work for me. I like to walk too!

I have at least 100# to lose. emoticon

I've lived in Sacramento for 11 years. I moved here from Las Vegas. I have REALLY bad arthritis and need to lose weight so I can have a knee replacement.

I'm trying to qualify for bariatric surgery as my knee surgeon won't replace my knee until I have it. My eating problem is quantity not quality so I need to focus on eating filling foods to prevent me from snacking too much or overeating.

I'm new to the spark Sacramento team. I just moved into the area and I'm hoping to start new. I have a goal of losing 50 lbs to get me back into a normal weight zone. Nothing more than lazy habits, terrible eating, and birth control with side effects of weight gain have gotten me into this position.
My energy level is generally fairly low. I was doing a lot of sleeping there for a while - another side effect of the birth control (no longer on it! yay!). Beyond looking healthy, I want to feel healthy. Also, I read an article that people with a normal weight earn more. Yet another motivating factor.
Heading to the market for some fresh produce with the hubs. emoticon
