My name's Aaron. I'm 28, recently divorced, and father of an awesome 2.5 year old daughter. I'm also about 25 pounds or so heavier than I want to be, and I decided it was time I rectified that. It's amazing what a major change in your life will make you aware of.
Anyhow... I'm not only wanting to lose weight, but I'm wanting to get into some healthy habits to make sure that I don't end up this way in another few years. I've started running and feel that I've found something special I never knew I was missing. My problem is that I love food. All food. And my failure comes in the form of tortilla chips and salsa at 3 in the morning, and 5 too many sushi rolls for dinner, when I should have stopped at 2. That's where the motivation comes in, I need it, and need it bad. I need good habits to develop that will allow me my passion, but still manage how much of that passion I partake of.
