I'm looking for people who are like I am and want to lose weight. More than 50 years old, health problems that make exercising/eating difficult. Someone who needs to start from scratch on exercise -- baby steps to build muscles that help you to stay balanced while walking, increase your flexibility, and keep you from hurting yourself when attempting more aggressive workouts. Perhaps joining a gym isn't financially feasible. Not employed. Any one out there like this?
