My name is Jan and I am striving to shed a couple of lbs before my September wedding and get a workout routine that I can carry into married and family life. I was slim and trim for many years without the effort of working out, not the case anymore. I want to make working out second nature. I hope this group will motivate me to get up and do some exercise regularly.
