I'm a former 313 lb'er who altered my diet and got down to 290 lbs who then began bicycling 20-30 miles/week (I hope for more this year) and got down to 279 lb which is back up to 283 lbs and so here I am! Hope the site motivates me to find and stick to better eating habits!
