Hey Y'all. Just found this team.. I had a healthy baby boy on 4/26. I worked out pretty much the whole pregnancy with cardio and strength training, but I had a little linebacker in me who came out at 9 lbs 10 oz! I gained a total of 53 lbs... 10 days postpartum I still have about 20-25 lbs to go to get to pre-pregnacy weight. Really hoping to get that off in the next two months and work on loosing more.
