Hi there! I just wanted to welcome you to the team. I've been on Spark a little over a year now and I really like it. I would have to agree that tracking your food and fitness is a great tool for losing weight. I also think that being an active member of whatever teams you sign up for is important b/c your teammates can really motivate and encourage you.

I know you can do it! Since you love food (like I do) try to eat healthier foods. I try to only keep healthy foods around the house, therefore I am not tempted because I love to eat when I'm bored. I find logging my food is the best way for me to watch my diet!

hey everyone! I'm25 yrs old from Lancaster CA. i just had my 2nd & FINAL child and I'm beyond ready to hit my goal weight. i always start something and never finish when it comes to my weight i have around 70 lbs to lose and a target time of my brothers wedding 10/11 I'm the maid of honor and refuse to be the fat one at the alter. My problem is i love food and I'm an emotional eater i eat when i am bored, sad stressed ect.... i hate the way i look and um ready to feel beautiful... :-)
