I'm fairly confident that running with a stroller counts as cardio AND strength training... :)

My stroller was my one big splurge when I had DD, and it was worth every penny. I've definitely seen some good used ones around too, which is always good! Play it Again Sports can be great!

If you run, you are a runner. It doesn't matter how fast or how far. It doesn't matter if today is your first day or if you've been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run.

Thanks! If I can get into the running groove I want to get a used double jogging stroller for spring, we'll see how that goes. Maybe it will be my reward!

Welcome! A baby and a toddler... I'm exhausted for you!

I have a 14-month-old, and it took a long time to be able to find the time to exercise. The jogging stroller is my savior!!

I'll think happy sleeping thoughts for you!

Hi,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I have about 50 lbs to lose. I only gained 20 with my 2nd pregnancy and lost 5 right away but then gained 10 more back so now I need to lose about 40-50 total! I hope I can gain some motivation to help me. I bought a treadmill and belong to a gym, but after the kids go to sleep I'm just so exhausted. My 4 month old doesn't sleep well at night and since I'm ebfing I'm the one that has to get up and she's not even napping well during the day to let me work out then. Anyways I hope this group helps me and I can reach my goal by summer!!
