My name is Michele and I am due with my fist baby in July. I was successful using SparkPeople to lose weight last year and I lost 120 pounds.
Unfortunately I didn't stay on track after I got pregnant and have gained over 50 pounds so far. This morning I tracked my food and took a walk, things I haven't done in a long time! I want to make my last 5 or 6 weeks of pregnancy as healthy as I can. One thing I learned from my weight loss journey is that it's never too late to start again. I'm trying to have no regrets and accept my weight gain and move on.
After my son Vincent is born I want to be ready to start losing this weight and have the tools and support I will need so I decided to check out this group. I look forward to getting to know some of you!
