Hi! I'm Hilary, and I'm 26 years old. I had my baby boy, Robbie, 8 weeks ago. Due to severe morning sickness starting at 7 weeks (Zofran you are my hero!), my exercise routine quickly came to a halt. I never managed to get back into it during pregnancy even when the morning sickness subsided. My eating habits weren't the greatest either, and I gained 50 pounds. I did have very bad swelling (gained 20 pounds in my last 3 weeks), but a lot the weight gain was just my using pregnancy as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted.
I lost about 35 pounds in the first 2 weeks after delivery, but I've been stuck there ever since. I'd like to lose an additional 15 pounds once I hit my pre-pregnancy weight to get into the healthy BMI range. Depending on how I feel then, I may decide to go for more.
