Hi Hilary! I my little girl in January - Lilly. = ) I gained a ton of weight with my first pregnancy with my son, so with my daughter I didn't gain quite as much, but I still gained and I still have about 35 or 40 more pounds to lose before I get back down to my pre-pre pregnancy weight! lol
I hit a plateau about a month ago - and found that exercising less actually helped me to lose more weight. I was working out 6 days a week on my elliptical. I switched it up to only 3 days and lost 2 pounds in a week!
Good luck with the weight loss. Feel free to stop by my sparkpage and add me as a friend! = )

Hi! I'm Hilary, and I'm 26 years old. I had my baby boy, Robbie, 8 weeks ago. Due to severe morning sickness starting at 7 weeks (Zofran you are my hero!), my exercise routine quickly came to a halt. I never managed to get back into it during pregnancy even when the morning sickness subsided. My eating habits weren't the greatest either, and I gained 50 pounds. I did have very bad swelling (gained 20 pounds in my last 3 weeks), but a lot the weight gain was just my using pregnancy as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted.
I lost about 35 pounds in the first 2 weeks after delivery, but I've been stuck there ever since. I'd like to lose an additional 15 pounds once I hit my pre-pregnancy weight to get into the healthy BMI range. Depending on how I feel then, I may decide to go for more.
