You can totally do it. When I had PPD with my first my doctor told me to get out for myself at least an hour everyday. If you had good support you should do that and use that time to exercise. Use your depression if you have it, hopefully you won't this time, as your excuse to get out and lose the weight. just make sure to take it easy at first.

Hey team. I'm Sarah and I'm a 31 year old mom of almost 3. My other kids are 10 and 7 and this the suprise baby. I've been a member of SP for years but in March of 2009 I really took it seriously and lost 45 pounds up until August 8th when I found out I was pregnant. Even then I only gained 7 pounds by about 4.5 months and then my midwife told me I needed to gain more weight... that's when it all went downhill. I am at a 40 pound gain right now and hope to not gain more than 45 total - if I could hold at 40 for the next 3 weeks that would be even better. I know that alot of people can lose baby weight quickly, but I worked SO DANG HARD for those 45 pounds and to see them all pile back on my body was horrific. I need to lose them as quickly as I can. With my first two I had BAD post-partum depression and gained 20-30 AFTER each pregnancy and never lost the baby weight (and having gained 65 with my first and then 20 with the second PLUS that PPD weight I got to my heaviest weight which was 303). This time I am determined that it will be totally different. I am taking natural precautionary measures to make sure that PPD doesn't hit me this time and that I can feel more like a mom and not a zombie. I am totally motivated in spirit - the trick is that I stay motivated even when I'm tired after baby is born and that's why I am here. I am hoping to make some good friends who know what I am going through. I was at 258 when I got pregnant and it's my goal to get back to 258 by my birthday - July 7th. In fact, my personal 50 pound mark would be 253 and my goal reward is a new dress from Torrid - I think reaching that 50 pound goal and getting a new dress would be an amazing b-day gift! I think I can do it! Do you think I can?
