okay, so i'm already looking for a group even though i have not had my baby yet. I joined park people a while before i got pregnant & i am now gettign back to it & preparing for after i have the baby. I'm eating healthy & just gaining more weight and i know it's just a part of pregnancy, i'm terrified how it's going to be after i have my little boy!
i'm just glad there's a group on here for new moms & i will have others going through the same things i am. I am due in mid may & looking forward to getting back to my 30 Day Shred and elliptical (i should be doing the elliptical now, but if i drag it out of it's corner, I'm so exhausted that i crash on the couch) and maybe even a yoga video!
I'm just excited to have my baby & get back to losing weight!
