Welcome mama!! Do you babywear at all? You can babywear your Newborn and get your 2 and 3 year olds involved. Squats, Lunges, etc are all great while babywearing. You can also work out with the other 2 while baby is napping. My 3 year old loves doing 30-Day shred with me. Have them sit on your lap during wall squats or climb on your back while you are planking--totally adds another dimension to your workout. Jumprope is fun for all too, and kick boxing :-) Its also soooo worth it to try and find a teenager to babysit for an hour or another mother to swap kids with -- you deserve a little of time to yourself!!!
