Nerdy Mom- seems like we are right on cue- started at pretty close to same weight and goal pretty close too...

How many calories are you eating per day? I cannot find anything to help me determine how much I should eat and exercise.

I am on babyfit and created a team for my team members on there for people who had a baby in Jan/Feb. if you want to join...

Congrats on the new baby!!

I just had #2 on January 21st, via c-section too. I started working out last week.. FINALLY!! = )

Nursing does help.. I went from 220 to 199 in 2 weeks after coming home from the hospital!

Hi there! I am 30 years old and just had my first baby 3 weeks ago. I was an avid sparkpeople participant when I found out I was pregnant and put that on hold in May. I now am back and have 76 lbs. or so to loose (will weigh myself in the morning)

I am on babyfit as well.

I am so shocked at how quick I wanted to get back on here. I had a c-section and some of the staples came out, so the exercise part will have to take a backseat for a while, but I am breastfeeding and that should help loose some weight too!

Can't wait to meet all of you!
