welcome! Time is hard to come by with a new baby. Best thing is just do what you can now and add to it as things become more normal.
What I mean by that is, you cant control your time to work out right now but you can still track your food! In a few months your baby will have an earlier bed time. Once we got our baby to finally go to sleep at 7pm every night it was so wonderful to have some "ME" time again LOL. Now that she is 19mos her bed time is 8pm but from 8pm to 8am she is sleeping.
Do you have any friends or family members that are willing to watch your baby for an hour while you go work out?
I can't believe I am down over 70 pounds since last year!
