What about working out with hubby? Maybe you two could do a DVD or the Wii (if you have it) after the kids go to bed? Or is there a gym near you that has childcare? I know that has been very helpful for me in the past. Also, are you familiar with SP's workout videos? Check 'em out: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness _v ideos.asp They're really good and most of them are 10 minutes or less!
Hope these suggestions help a little bit. I know how hard it is. Try not to stress out about it. No situation lasts forever and you will find a way to fit exercise in soon!

Is it possible to clean the kitchen every other day, and use those off days to work out to a DVD or take the kids for a nice long stroller walk? I think doing the bathroom challenges is a good idea too :)
One thing that has helped me is doing the bathroom challenges. Every time you go to the bathroom do these moves a couple of time and it sparks your metabolism and has really helped me start to shed some pounds and its easy to remember to do. You just have to make sure you drink through out the day. Good luck and welcome back to the team

When I got pregnant with my first I was 220lbs!!!!! Needless to say that pregnancy was more difficult than it needed to be, but when I weighed in 6 weeks after my baby was born I was down to 210. I nursed for a year and then miraculously found SP and with hard work and the help of this wonderful site I went down to 155!!!! I felt great and spent way too much money buying myself lots of new clothes.
In March we had our second son, a lovely happy baby. After a MUCH easier and healthier pregnancy and completely intervention free birth I found that although I ate healthily and nutritiously, I still have LOADS of baby weight to lose! I am a little over 190! It is depressing after losing so much before. Now that my youngest is 5 months I would like to find the energy to exercise, but I am still EBF and I work (I have my children with me in the office) from 9 until 2. After that I clean the kitchen, make my oldest dinner, pick my husband up from the train, put the kids to bed, and then we have dinner together.
Any advice about how to fit in some time for me (that doesn't involve waking up earlier because I just HAVE to have some sleep) would be much appreciated.
