When I got pregnant with my first I was 220lbs!!!!! Needless to say that pregnancy was more difficult than it needed to be, but when I weighed in 6 weeks after my baby was born I was down to 210. I nursed for a year and then miraculously found SP and with hard work and the help of this wonderful site I went down to 155!!!! I felt great and spent way too much money buying myself lots of new clothes.
In March we had our second son, a lovely happy baby. After a MUCH easier and healthier pregnancy and completely intervention free birth I found that although I ate healthily and nutritiously, I still have LOADS of baby weight to lose! I am a little over 190! It is depressing after losing so much before. Now that my youngest is 5 months I would like to find the energy to exercise, but I am still EBF and I work (I have my children with me in the office) from 9 until 2. After that I clean the kitchen, make my oldest dinner, pick my husband up from the train, put the kids to bed, and then we have dinner together.
Any advice about how to fit in some time for me (that doesn't involve waking up earlier because I just HAVE to have some sleep) would be much appreciated.
